Mikrotik Enterprise TAC provides support and assistance to customers with their Mikrotik Enterprise products, including routers, by helping them troubleshoot issues and guide them through configurations. We offer technical support, including troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of problems.
does tac give advise?
TAC provides guidance on configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices related to Cisco products.
does tac configure devices for me?
While TAC can guide customers through configuration changes, they do not directly perform configurations on the customer's routers or other devices. Customers work with their partner or as an alternative you can engage our professional services.
does the cloud controller have to be in the cloud?
No, the cloud controller can be on premise and directly connected to your infrastructure.
does mikrotik enterprise offer advance replacement?
Mikrotik Enterprise does offer advance replacement in either next business day or sameday option. Additionally onsite resources are available for your entitlement period.
what happens at the end of the term?
If you don’t renew your services at the end of your term the devices will continue to operate as they do and you are free to configure them through the local interface. The cloud controller will no longer be accessible for that device. You will not be able to call into TAC for that device.
what languages does tac support?
Mikrotik Enterprise TAC engineers speak English and Spanish at this time.
does tac do network design?
TAC does not do network design. You will need to contact professional services for design.
